(1) A one-door unit will be established with the units of the relevant agencies for the purpose of providing support and facilitation to the industries or investors established in the special economic zone in the following tasks to be done by the industry in accordance with the prevailing laws and providing other necessary services, facilities and concessions from one place:-
(a) Acts relating to registration of industries and administration of industries,
(b)   Act of granting approval of foreign investment,
(c) Acts relating to company registration and administration,
(d) Acts relating to the granting of exemptions, facilities or concessions under this Act,
(e) Acts related to issuance of permanent account number registration certificate in coordination with Internal Revenue Department,
(f)   Acts relating to the issue of certificates of origin,
(g) Acts relating to visas,
(h)   Acts relating to acceptance of labour,
(i) Acts related to other services and facilities to be obtained in accordance with this Act and or the regulations made under this Act.
(2) Apart from the facilities mentioned in sub-section (1), other exemptions, facilities or concessions available to industries established in special economic zones shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
